This information will be used to ensure you receive appropriate treatment and therapy or to provide you with information on service provision and changes.

Personal information will not be shared without express permission and will remain confidential and generally only used within Occupational Therapy Services Melbourne.

Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be updated on our website, so please re-visit this Statement to ensure that you are aware of our most current privacy statement.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that family life can be busy, and that sometimes sessions may need to be cancelled or rescheduled.

We will send you an SMS reminder 3 days prior to your appointment. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule so that we can offer the appointment time to another family.

All cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Full fee applies for cancellations within 24 hours of Scheduled appointments.

Feedback Policy

Our aim is that you receive a service which follows best practice for your family.
If you have any queries, concerns, suggestions or compliments about your service there are several ways of providing feedback or to receive support for a concern. Please contact the clinic directly with any difficulties so that we can address these as soon as possible.

COVID Safe plan
