Occupational Therapy Services Melbourne is a private clinic and fees are applicable for all sessions/assessments/reports.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that family life can be busy, and that sometimes sessions may need to be cancelled or rescheduled.
We will send you an SMS reminder 3 days prior to your appointment. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule so that we can offer the appointment time to another family.
All cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to scheduled appointments. Full fee applies for cancellations within this time.
Private Health Insurance:
Depending on your private healthcare fund, you may be eligible to claim a rebate for your Occupational Therapy sessions. Please contact your specific healthcare fund to confirm your eligibility and level of coverage.
Therapy session receipts will need to be presented to your private health care fund, and they will organise any rebate to your nominated account.
It should be noted that the amount rebated, and eligibility may vary depending on your specific health coverage.
Medicare:
You may be eligible for a Medicare rebate.
You will need to obtain a Medicare Plan (Chronic Disease Management Plan) from your GP. This plan can be used for five sessions per calendar year.
Please note that we charge a gap fee, so you will have some out of pocket expenses. This gap fee is not able to be paid by your private health fund.
